I always wonder ,how far and ruthlessly infiltrating discrimination is,
look anywhere anything anyplace theres none where its not present be it the caring mother who deep down
always has a favourite son or the body itsef preferentially treating the head as the topmost
priority compared to other parts of the body.(is it like God who is also present everywhere!!)
But then it always follows the natural course of action and obeys the laws of nature.
Shown by the fact that...
Its always the weaker ones who are discriminated against, same as nature which doesnt have much for the
weaker ones ,provoking us to think about the theory of natural selection and the struggle for the survival of
the fittest.
The nearest and most practical example of Discrimination..... this being the most commonly
affected part of the human body,THE POT BELLY------
Why its so easy to have a pot belly?--- is it because its closer to the place where maximum food is
recieved, then what about the legs and the feet the farthest from the stomach, perhaps thats the reason why
we have so much of "LEMON ON STICKS FIGURE" in our day today life.
Who to blame; the feet, the stomach or the head?
Nobody knows !
But then there are some who do have a perfect figure, balanced between the feet and the belly,
probably because the demands of the feet are stronger for these people so more foods are supplied.
Demands and attention and subsequent supply of the parts distant from the centre proportionately increase
either by increasing the amount of work or by making it ill, thats either by exercise or injuring
it,(proverbial singjangna yanshinjaba!)
Which option is better everybody knows but its hard to realise enough to make it practice.
Surprisingly the second option of seeking attention by injuring ourselves seems to be the norm (taking up
arms) ,other options of constructive nature being regarded as outdated.
"WHERE DO THE WEAK BELONG" do they have a place at all in this world or do they have to choose the less
ferocious of the wolves around as company.
The world is for the winners and we all agree to that and the winners always seem to be at the centre of the
world.(For a dancer or a footballer the feet have a priority even over the head).
So the periphery becomes the centre{another Contradiction!}
Unfortunately hoping and fantasising to be a friend of the winners dont really make the weak any stronger or
make them winners,as they dont have a place there too.
So wherever you are if you are weak you dont have a place, the choice will be between the lesser evil of
the wolves and you dont stand a chance. So instead of wasting time on choosing the better wolf
isnt it a better idea to wake up the lion within us and this time the wolves won't stand a chance.
A folk story reminds so much of The similarities between us and the lion brought up
among the sheep, and the similarities seem not just coincidental. In Any kind of attack even from a wolf ,
the sheepish lion runs like the rest of the sheep thinking itself as a sheep and the best thing to do
for a sheep is to run for dear life.
ITS NATURAL TO BE BORN AS A SHEEP AND BEHAVE LIKE ONE BUT ITS A CRIME TO BE BORN A LION AND BEHAVE LIKE A
SHEEP.
Among the freely roaming wolves with international ferocity (the Americans the Chinese ------.......
) the rest have FEW choices, either stand up to the potential or perish meekly. You cant blame them or anybody else for
being powerful and behaving like one according to the laws of nature.(that would amount to laiminamchaba) and
justify ourselves for being weak.
It needs to be a little bit more than human to be
powerful and not discriminate!
So the easiest way to get rid of this Discrimination
thing is to be powerful ourselves.
We have the potential ,the only hindrance being the fact that we have been slumbering around in the
company of the sheep too long and we have started acting and considering ourselves as one.
Isnt it time enough to wake up smell the coffee and
see the mirror!-----------
