FASS to Select Top 10 Northeast Indians of 2014
Date : January 2015

1) FASS would select the Top Ten Northeast Indians of the year 2014 from amongst all the Northeast Indians living in and outside of NE. (That means it would also include people of NE origins living abroad).

2) The selection will be done on an individual's contribution to the society or achievement in any of the the following fields.

a) Literature, Art, Music, Film, Science & Technology
b) Entrepreneurship
c) Social Welfare.

3) FASS would form a panel of experienced individuals from the Northeast to discuss details and the process, and to nominate and make the selections.

4) The selection will be completed within a month.

5) The list of selected Top Ten will be published in the upcoming FRIENDS-MITRO Coffee Table book to be published soon.

Please respond with your suggestions and comments and also if you would like to be in the above panel.

In the meantime, if you would like nominate any Northeast Indians especially from the Manipuris, to the Top Ten list, kindly do so with a brief biography of the individual along with some pictures.
