About the Artwork:

Diesel auto rickshaw and other public transport system not only creates traffic congestion but also noise pollution in the heart of Imphal city . We do not have proper parking, nor parking policies.

But, in front of public, traffic control security allows big vehicles like trucks to enter after taking side money and even does not check anything on what they have carried inside the trucks etc. So the govt need to look at this to control traffic.

Diesel auto's air pollution impacts from congestion on roads is very limited, But diesel auto pose health risks due to vehicle traffic. Imphal city has become a chronic health problem as well as high risks to our health.

Another contributor to traffic congestion is the vehicles of “VIP” of all kinds and security forces. Military and security force vehicles hardly obey traffic rules.

And another problem is the teenager riding motorbikes along with the 'extra' sound of the motorbikes. So motorbike riders mostly create a noisy sound, as well as health problem. For motorbike riders and diesel auto riders, they do no follow speed limit .

The diesel auto rickshaw drivers are also not different from such behaviour and they will blow horns non-stop as to make the vehicles waiting in front to move. Another problem contributor is the Diesel auto parking system in the heart of the city.

So now is the right time to move the parking area somewhere and stop entry of diesel auto rickshaw into the heart of city area. If this is followed, then it will be reduce traffic pollution.

At night time, drivers also need to follow traffic light system. If we do not follow then more accident will "get". So we need follow traffic light and obey the rules at night time also. The traffic police also need to work at night to monitor those who does not follow the traffic rules. Even though the traffic control police signal to wait or stop , most of the driver simply drive without respecting the traffic control police.

Diesel auto driver often will drive on the wrong side in violating traffic rules. So the traffic control need to give awareness to Diesel auto owner/Driver to which side to drive, if they do not follow the rule then more acciedent will happen. So follow the rules and save our life.
