Desist from confrontation: NPCC on Manipur situation

With Manipur reeling under immense tension in the wake of violence following economic blockade on National Highways, the Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) appealed all to desist from adopting a policy of confrontation.
NPCC also said it was wrong on the part of NSF to resort to economic blockade. Rather, NPCC president K. Therie in a press statement viewed that “intelligent personalities and leaders should be allowed to put their heads together to find out the best course of solution”. It said “people suffering for supporting the policy of confrontation are not the victims but they are connivers.”
