Manipuri Muslim Online Forum (MMoF) expresses Heartiest Congratulation to Yumkhaibam Sabir S/o, Md. Tayeb Ali & Mrs. Sahida of Oinam Dam Makhong near Imphal Barrage for having cleared the UPSC conducted Civil Service Examination, 2011 with remarkable rank of 244th, third highest among Manipuris in this year.
He Graduated as overall topper from The Khalsa College, Delhi University in 2009 and Ranked 2nd topper in M.A. Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 2011. He is the youngest brother among the 7 siblings. He being a bright student always had a big dream since childhood and it has been unconditionally supported by his family. His father, a retired lower primary teacher always dreamt of this moment. Despite many odds, his brother working in BSF always supported him by sacrificing his wills. The Almighty has blessed him and He always blesses

We hope that he will bring a revolution and his success will instil faith to many young students that “We Can Do It”.
We wish him get the top post of the country and also wish him success in future.
