Congratulate L.M. Khaute, for his elevation into post of DGP Manipur

The Thadou Students’ Association, General Headquarters (TSA-GHQ) congratulate Shri. L.M. Khaute, IPS for his elevation into the post of Director General of Police (DGP), Govt. of Manipur w.e.f. 01-01-2016 from the rank of ADGP (L & O), an order issued by the Governor of Manipur & DPAR, GoM on 31st December, 2015.
To one side of excellent performance in his Bureaucrat career, Shri. L.M. Khaute’s success story for his high esteem towards books/knowledge was - during his school days, whenever he saw a piece of paper in his mother sweeping on the floor, he stopped his mother and tells her not to brush off for which the whole world endeavor for the knowledge content in every pieces of paper. Such a smart and intelligent student was he during those old days. This is one of the inspiring habits to be copied for all the current days’ student of all community living in Manipur.
We wish him a very best one for his current position on being the top cop head of the state police, which is one of the very rare designation found among the tribals in Manipur. We would like to appeal him to focus more on the modernization of state police and basic policing so as to facilitate the law and order of the land.
We also would like to thank the govt. of Manipur for their fairness and justice hand out in the police department for appointing him as per seniority-based among the serving officers. And, appreciate the sister Vaiphei tribe community for owning such a high profile public servant under the Govt. of Manipur.
