Condemns barbaric incident that led to killing of Nido Tania

The Kuki Students’ Organization Delhi condemns the barbaric and horrific incident that led to the killing of a 19-year-old student Nido Tania, son of Congress MLA and parliamentary secretary in health and family welfare department Nido Pavitra in the heart of the national Capital, Delhi. Nido Tania was killed for raising and reacting against the racially coloured remark and taunt.
The representatives of Kuki Students’ Organisation took part in the agitation in support for the fight of racist attack on the northeast people at Lajpat Nagar (South Delhi) on Saturday. The agitation was organized by the Arunachal Students’ Union Delhi. While speaking to the media, Thangminlen Kipgen, the president of the Kuki Students’ Organisation Delhi expressed the anguish and concerns over the repeated atrocities that the people of Northeast face in Delhi. He brought to light the inaction of Delhi Police that led to this unfortunate incident.
KSO Delhi expresses it deepest regret over the untimely demise of its fellow brother, Nido Tania. KSO pledges its support in the fight Againts the Racist Attack on any individual in general and the people of north east in particular.
