Letter : Bomb blast at Sangakpham was never carried out by NSCM (IM)

To,
The Editor, E-Pao.
The recent bomb blast at Sangakpham Bazar area IMPHAL was never carried out by NSCM (IM).
It was by those who are opposed to Indo-Naga Ceasefire to tarnish the image of our great Naga National workers. Union HM and Manipur govt. should know that Naga National workers have never and will never do such cowardly act.
Those some NGOs in Imphal who are spitting venom against Naga National workers should stop otherwise it will only create social disharmony among various community living in the state with the situation already very volatile.
Taking advantage of strong opposition to Autonomous District Councils by Nagas in Manipur some anti social elements carried out the blast and points finger to NSCM (IM), but they have stated clearly that they are not interested in such acts but will focus on Naga political issues.
Autonomous District Councils unsuccessful election (unsuccessful- because no one actually voted for them in the Naga Hills) was done under duress from Union Home Ministry, but under present circumstances/Act Nagas in Manipur is not accepting the ADC because it is just a ploy to enable the ever increasing Meitei population in the Imphal valley to be able to grab the lands of the Hills people free of cost.
They, Meiteis are desperately gasping for a land as their four districts cover only 10% of the total Manipur geographical area of 22347 Sq.km.
In this regard, Churachandpur people should be more careful as it has already started if they don't want another Tripura within Manipur state.
And what if for the Nagas in Manipur if Sixth Schedule is given!!! Should we go for it or concentrate on Naga Political Issues!!!
Before Megahlaya State was curved out from Assam, Sixth Schedule was given to Khasi-Jaintia and Garos and it still exist in Megahlaya though some people talk of irrelevance of Sixth Schedule in Meghalaya as Meghalaya is created as a tribal state and tribal majority unlike Assam and Tripura.
So, if ADC is to be there in Manipur, sixth schedule should be given to the hills people especially in Churachandpur.
My question to the Nagas in Manipur is - should we share our land with the Meiteis when every developmental activities are concentrated in just 10% of the land of Manipur in the Imphal Valley or concentrate on Naga political issues?
KUKNALIM.
