Beyond Me
- Deep from the Soul -
K. Radhakumar *
Desire coils up
And the garden is no longer the garden
It used to be.
The garden is now pregnant with
Virgin plants;
It is all green
And no yellow leaves are seen.
Maybe it existed in embryo
In the life inside the womb.
Do I have a past?
A great future ahead of me?
The love-hate relationship
Of the woman and the man!
This is the most beautiful story
Ever written
By one who wishes to remain anonymous.
One looks back with virginal innocence
On the garden with colourful children.
One lives towards one's death
And asks for a resting place
A nameless grave.
