NECEER, Imphal is launching NE India Biodiversity Network
- North East Centre for Environmental Education and Research -
The NE India Biodiversity Network is dedicated to provide an impartial network for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, methodologies and information on Biodiversity and Environment of NE India among researchers, academicians, students, individuals, nongovernment and government organisations. In fact, it attempts to set a platform for debate and discussion among individuals and groups on Biodiversity of the region cutting across disciplinary and ideological predilections.
Besides publication of the quarterly e-newsletter BioDiverse, the NE India Biodiversity Network will also organise e-conferences every year, bi-yearly e-lectures and e-workshops on different issues.
We are looking for partners (organisations) who could be actively involved in the compilation of information on biodiversity of the region. Any interested organisations can send their organisation profile to redjiban(at)yahoo(dot)co(dot)in indicating their area of work and studies.
Please join this venture.
