Had a severe headache today.....ask me why? Well, yesterday was Sunday! 2 friends came down from different part of India. One from
Mumbai and the other one from Hyderabad.
The sole purpose of the visit to the Garden city is to search for Residential Plots. They had reached here on Saturday. On saturday, we planned the visit through contacts of Brokers and friends.
Come sunday, we started at 7:00am in the morning. Set our search towards the famous Bannerghatta Road. We reached a site after a 45 minutes drive, around 3 kms from the Bannerghatta Zoo circle.
On the way we could see the Sarala Birla Academy, one of the prestigous residential international school. The site was cool.
Cool morning breeze hits our face as we negotiate on the rates! ( INR 900 per sq ft!) for a 30X40 site.
After that we had a visit to Jigani where the sites were too interior, but the realtors played well and hike the rates because of the Jigani-bommasandra connect and Mysore-bannerghatta connect routes. On our way back from Jigani, we entered the realms of
Nisarga promoted by Nirman Shelters.
There was something about Nisarga which attracted us to the core. Maybe, the greenery ....maybe the amenities. It was simply pleasant to be there. Rates for 30X40 were running at INR 1200 per sq ft.
Apart from that, we had a visit to Nanadavanam and Prestige Elmswood. It was almost 4:00 Pm when we settle down to take a breather. On the way back to our room, we had Gujarati Thali which set us to a sleepy head.
Once we reached room, I straight hit the sack with my whole body aching after the tiresome search. But i had to wake up at 6:30, as my Wife is returning home. By all means i had to be present at the Airport else, my lovely wife would fume and pinch me red!!
8:30 pm: My wife showed her beautiful presence just outside the exit point. I was kind of standing on my left foot supporting on the railing that they have put around the exit.
She was in her high neck sweater and blue jean..face glowing bright! For one moment, i forgot all my body aches and i felt so strong and active.
Came back home riding through the long routes which passes the outskirt of Koramangala and through BTM and reached home safely. It was as usual a nice ride with my love, singing lovely song, riding on the pillion.
Once home, we open the gifts (eatables)- Several packs of Rasogula and a Madki of Misti Doi. With these sweets we celebrated the birth of a baby boy to Amit and Nilimi, my brother-in-law and Sister-in-law respectively.
Shortly after that we had a simple dinner of white Rice and boiled Dal and slept away in glory!! It was a slightly different story for my wife as she was suffering from Low Back pain with L4/5 pretty swelled up. Today morning, she complained of insomnia because of the pain.
It's Rightly said that life is a mix of joy and sorrow.
For us, its not LIFE but DAILY LIFE. And, we enjoy it! through rain and shine. :)
