As all the Yoga enthusiast over the globe is celebrating the 7th International Yoga Day this year, AMAND, Pune also participated in taking a small step in supporting the idea behind the International
Yoga Day with about 50+ participants through online Zoom session which was broadcasted live on AMAND Facebook page on 21 June 2021.
The program was conducted from 8:45am till 10:45am. Er Y Sanjoy Singh, PIC of the program, welcomed the gathering and highlighted about the 7th International Yoga Day and the benefits of Yoga in one lifestyle.

Mrs. Preeti Thockchom, a renowned Yoga Instructor, conducted the yoga session with Surya Namaskar along with a series of asanas. There was an interactive session amongst the instructor and the participants who joined the session via Zoom and Facebook Live.
President, AMAND Er N Giridhar Singh, appreciated all participants and all the people behind the event's successful organization. He conveyed AMAND's gratitude to Mrs. Preeti Thockchom and felicitated her.

AMAND, Pune appreciated the able leadership of the program coordinator, Er Y Sanjoy Singh, for conducting the program. Kind appreciation also goes to other executive members, Mr. Saratkumar
Irom and Mr. Somorjit Konthoujam, for playing an important role while making the function a grand success.
The attendees appreciated the organizing team and reaffirmed celebrating the occasion every year with the same spirit and vigor.
