105 days, Manipur blockade continues without respite (Video)

The crisis in Manipur continues unabated with no respite in sight. Over 100 days of economic blockade has crippled Manipur, with the State facing worst food and fuel crisis since August this year. Even transportation of essential commodities from the Senapati district of Manipur to Imphal has come under the scanner of the protestors, worsening the crisis.
The protest has already caused immense suffering to the poorest of Manipur's 2.7 million people. But the tussle between the Kukis and Nagas over the creation of a separate Sadar Hills District seems all set to continue.
