We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant team! The person will be working closely with the founding team to support our chartered accountant team in delivering professional services in Manipur.

o Provide good quality sales support to ensure all enquiries are responded professionally in a timely manner.
o Verification of information upon client onboarding
o Data entry and data maintenance
o Keeping track of enquiries and perform follow-up functions
o Attend to incoming calls, messages and walk-ins
o Reach out to potential customers and provide adequate info
o Understand customers' requirements to suggest solutions
o Other ad-hoc admin tasks

Requirements:

o Good English communications and interpersonal skills
o Must be positive thinking and keen to learn
o Knowledge of MS Office and Email functions
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Responsible, with ability to work independently on assigned duties
o Fresh graduates with positive work attitude will be considered.
