Customer Relation Executive, Tour Drivers and Assistant Manager :: Job posting

TOUR CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE

Customer relation officer will be primarily responsible for connecting caring relationship between customers and the product, they also be working on coordination among other department as well.

Job Descriptions:
1) Deal calls related to customers booking, queries, grievances and feedbacks over phone, e-mail, or walk-in.
2) Link customer and higher authority to resolve issues and challenges.Getting feedback to improve quality services .
3) Coordinate other staffs and instruct jobs as per situation.
4) Ready to meet to unexpected challenge and walk extra miles to yield success

Skills Required:
1) Attention to details to ensure nothing slips
2) Analyse issues and challenges to resolve without delay.
3) Caring for customer,take customer concerns seriously.
4) Basic Computer knowledge - Words,Excel, e-mail,Internet etc.

Qualification:
1) Qualification 10+2/ Diploma/ Degree/Master
2) Languages:Strong command over English, Hindi and Manipuri.
3) Excellent geographical knowledge of Manipur and adjacent states.
4) Previous knowledge in customer relation and sales will be advantage. 5) Must be creative and able to solve problem with less assistance.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

The assistant manager will be responsible for the successful functioning and maintenance of our organization and need to work closely with team.The ideal candidate will have a mix of consulting, technology, sales experience, and also have passion for travel.

Role and Responsibility
1) Act as central point of contact
2) Be a core leader for change in the organization
3) Ensure smooth day-to-day operation
4) Maintain work schedules, and monitor milestones
5) Proactively anticipate, identify, and troubleshoot issues, and ensure that plans are put in place and executed to provide timely resolution
6) Ensure each function head collaborate and support to yield success

Skills Required:
1) A minimum of 1 years of relevant management experience
2) Passion for travel and tourism related enthusiast
3) Strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to over-communicate to drive cross-functional teams
4) Self-motivation and initiative – Finds things that need to get done and sees through
5) Able to communicate effectively and collaboratively with team
6) Must have mechanical knowledge of car and driving skill
7) Willing to travel
8) Know how to have good time with team

TOUR DRIVER

Tour Driver will be primarily responsible for delivering comfortable ride to tourists(local/non-local). The best driver will have great fun to be with, energetic, caring and safe.

Role and Responsibility
1) Deliver a ride as per direction from back end office on time.
2) Guide customers and link with back end office
3) Daily maintenance of vehicle and notify manager of any issues
4) Ready to meet unexpected challenges and walk extra miles to yield success.

Qualification:
1) Minimum education not an issue but must carry good quality mannerism, energetic, and open minded
2) Have a serious sense of humor
3) Languages:Strong command over English/Hindi/Manipuri.
4) Excellent geographical knowledge of Manipur and adjacent states.
5) Previous driving experience in departments or taxi service will be advantage
5) Open and honest
