Recruitment in Livelihood theme under DRDA Keonjhar Orissa

DRDA Keonjhar has 5 openings for livelihoods professionals for implementing NRLM. The professionals will be engaged in developing community based organizations,improving existing occupations, development of livelihood clusters, designing forward and backward linkage framework. These professionals will work under ODISSA LIVELY HOOD MISSION but their salaries will be paid by Essar industries CSR fund.There will be an agreement between district administration and ESSAR industries for 3 years.

Position: Sr. Program Manager
Experience Required: Experience of 5 years in livelihood promotion and Career throughout min 60%
Required Qualification: MBA/MSW/Postgraduate in Economics/sociology/ Anthropology

Expected Salary/ Month/ Person (Rs):50000
Total Amount/Month (Rs): 50000

Position: Program Manager
Experience Required: min exp- 3 and above in related field; Carrier throughout min 60%
Required Qualification: MBA/MSW/ Postgraduate in any Discipline
No. of Persons required: 2
Expected Salary/ Month/ Person (Rs): 40000
Total Amount/Month (Rs): 80000

Position: Program Officer
Experience Required: min exp- 1 and above in related field Carrier throughout min 60% Required Qualification: MBA/MSW/Any Postgraduate
No. of Persons required: 2
Expected Salary/ Month/ Person (Rs): 35000
Total Amount/Month (Rs): 70000

Management of the Team

The 5 members team will be given initially 3 year contract and report to Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Keonjhar. The collector Keonjhar will review the performance of the staffs and make the appraisal in the end of every financial year.

Project period 3years (1st April 2013- 31st March 2016)
Project Cost 80 Lakhs

Time line

All the positions are required to be filled up by 20th March 2013 and the persons will resume their duty on 1st of April.
Recruitment & Selection 2nd week of March
Issuance of Appointment Letter 1st week of April
Joining of Staffs 1st April
