On questioning Manipur's history:

Here, I would put a full stop at the questioning and challenging of Manipur's history by recent migrants or recent Chi-Ki-Mi people. They are the ones who even have forgot themselves and in the making of their vogue histories in shelter. How can such people know the history of Manipur? They are unaware of the facts because the history taught in India is from an ideological viewpoint and it is only focused on the making on modern India and one taught in their community confine is of the making of new polity.

We can even warn the regional communities and Government not to challenge and question the history of Manipur which preceded even the South East Asian nations to be the proto-constitutional kingdom, which was once an Asiatic power in alliance with the British and an International protectorate, which was one of the only three eastern frontier points, which had recorded history of more than two thousand years, the oldest in the region, which fought and dominated even several Burmese kingdoms for more than four centuries, which even conquered hundreds of Burmese and South Eastern Chinese kingdoms and whose history is found in the annals of regional nations.

And what were these people who are today questioning the Manipur's history? A civilized one is supposed not to hurt the historical sentiment of others in whose country or state he or she is sheltered after having left his or her original home or nation due to their own conflict and crises.

Only recent or illegal migrants could say that the hills and the hill-tribes had never been ruled by Manipuri or Meitei kings because they and their foreparents did not know it. How could illegal or recent migrants know it?

The most important point to note is that your making of pan-polity or pan-history or anything such of the recent period of time is totally refuted by the existing International customary laws that is why the Jews' pan-movement, Mizo movement, Nagas' pan-movement and their independence that lack concrete historical parameters had got rejected by the United Nations and International organizations and others. That is why; Nagas have got trapped now within the India constitution either for another Waterloo in the state of Nagaland like that of the Mizos and MNF faced or territorial expansionism.

On the Naga Accord:

As exactly the NSCN (R) and more than 50% of the Nagaland's Nagas claim that NSCN(IM) and Naga leaders like Th. Muivah and Isak do not represent the Nagas and they are not the authority of the Nagas, as the GOI clearly stands and assures not to adversely affect the territories of the other states beyond Nagaland, as the international customs clearly stick to impossibility of demanding pan-movement like that of the Nags demanding land across republics and as the GOI is obliged to maintain territorial integrity of pre-existing states like that of Manipur and yet to prove the legitimacy and validity of the Manipur merger, we would inform all entities and non-entities of players to have converged the Naga polity into the Indian State of Nagaland and to have settled there.

It doesn't even require to consult or take opinion of any other State Govt. or community beyond the state of Nagaland if it is the clear and bold stand of the GOI not to affect or touch the territories of other state. I had already predicted the fate of Nagas or NSCN (IM) polity in the same year 1997 to be either in another Waterloo in Nagaland like that of the MNF and to be agent of the GOI to counter the independence or secessionist movement of Manipur and Assam which are valid according to the international laws or to move back to deep forest again.

On demand of further Manipur division:

The history of 50/60 years of recent migrants or refugees attempting to overrule the pure indigenous communities, confront their interest and challenge the aged old history of the land and polity making process of the recent migrants are in total contravention to the existing international customary laws and this crisis or issue clearly stands to be dealt with reference to the Global or International procedures of how the crisis is being settled across the continents at the very moment.

Also, we know that such pan-polity or attempt to break up republics or state have got a full stop on its way from the United Nations' General Assemblies repeatedly and the territories of states like that of Manipur whose merger into India had been controversial and was pre-existing can never be altered either by Indian Constitution or the International Laws under any yardstick according to the Principles of "Post-Liminium" and "UTI Possedetis Jurist" of the international (Universal) laws. (read author's books).

Muslim minority in India are much at the higher degree and deserves to demand another Country or State dividing or not dividing India than all other communities or refugees in all the Indian states. Can this process be done out by GOI if demanded? Can the process of breaking up pre-existing erstwhile kingdom or state like Manipur and others or state re-organisation process by your constitutional 'divide and rule tool articles' be completed? Also, demanding thoughtlessly a state or division out of Manipur which has more than thirty different communities by a single community or on any community line is a barbarous motive or ideology.

What Meitei Intellectuals know:

A school of Meitei intellectuals very clearly knows that the present state of Manipur is a colonized –capitalist state. So, to breakthrough, Meiteis and its ethnic brother communities who assume themselves as Meitei-Pangals, Meitei-Kukis and so on or Manipuris have no other alternative other than challenging the controversial merger, which is the mother issue of all these nonsense (read author's books) for restoration of political self-determination. There is no other road.

The Perspectives:

What is the problem with the Mizoram, Nagaland, Burma, Bangladesh and Nepal Government to take back peacefully their people or brethren of post 1951 in Manipur instead of interfering into other's business and who are they to decide our history or future?

We need to look at the current picture of the migrant crisis across the world and need to act accordingly. The GOI should involve states of Nagaland, Mizoram and countries like Burma, Bangladesh and Nepal to bring a permanent settlement to the post bills crises. The GOI convincing the constitutional head of the nation for his assent to the three Manipur bills, should also convince the anti-Bills movement about the real international migrant crises and to settle the same for all time in the small NE states thereby summoning an emergency crisis talk or meet involving the few states and countries' Government.

The GOI should not give ear to appeals, memoranda and others of pan-polity making communities, other state government and CSOs or right organizations demanding pan-polity right or right for their illegal brethren in other states disturbing everyone thereby ignoring the legitimacy of others, for God's sake or for the sake of regional peace and Indian union integrity.

Everyone should now follow the majority tribal being quite since before anti-bills movement and after the Govt. and its Deputy Chief Minister , a tribal himself have clearly clarified, the majority who do not actually want to join this manipulation and who knows who violates tribal rights and kills tribal.

How have you thought that you will interpret as you wish or for the logic best known to yourselves and Meiteis or others would have kept mum for ever not questioning your histories and your brethren's mutual and sympatric existence in the Manipur valley? How have you thought that Meiteis patience is their weakness? There are many good Kukis and good Nagas too. Meitei are thinking for them. Meiteis have the oldest and richest history and heritage in the region and it is the Meiteis who can question everyone in the region? This is the real plight of the Meiteis.

The NRC updating based at 1950 by the Registrar General of India to identify illegal migrants in the NE states to suit the 1951 base year in Manipur is the must to settle all these crises.

To stop all these politics, what the GOI is ought to do is just to delete the 'divide and rule tool articles' (of state re-organisation) in the Indian constitution once and for ever. Does the Modi Govt. have this gut and firepower?

Conclusion:

Meiteis are not committing any genocide on any indigenous minorities. he crisis has its own settlement according to international customs. The only issue throughout the world is how to register, house, re-settle or repatriate the migrants and refugees and to involve all stakeholders. It is however a daunting logistical challenge for all indigenous communities in the world. But, what exactly is happening in Manipur can be clearly seen from how some recent migrant leaders and organizations use lies to manipulate the migrants for their polity.

One very important point to be noted particularly for the tribal in Manipur who are embracing militancy as good industry using communal ideologies, that thousand of years' insurgent or armed movement for sovereign right of political self-determination is not required and meaningful and has no place in the international (Universal) customary laws if it does not have the required parameters as enlisted and if it does not fall under the categories of people liable and legitimate to attain.

And this sovereign right of political self-determination is not a toy that you want to play. The Indian customary laws should also conform to that as some powerful countries have done in their customary laws or the personal constitutions. Only then, Indian union could stand undivided and peace would prevail permanently.
