5 Days Training Programme on Traditional Snacks
Date - 23 – 27, March, 2017
We are happy to introduce you that ‘5 Days Training Programme on Traditional Snacks’ is going to be organised from 23 – 27, March, 2017 for the first time. Traditional food still forms the backbone our economy.
Large number of small business still depends for their livelihood. Food producers should not only expand their knowledge base but also to understand the new context of food production in the milieu of traditional system. This course will impart the much needed practical knowledge and skill to produce traditional snacks.
The training will be provided by Intellisome Knowledge and Skills Centre (IKoSC). IKoSC is a pioneering and only training centre dedicated to the food processing providing short term course.
