One day public hearing on violation of Child Rights

The Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) will sit for Public Hearing of complaints in respect of whole State of Manipur regarding Violation of Child Rights as guaranteed under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 including Trafficking Cases, Children with HIV/AIDS, Residential Care Schools (Boarding and Hostel), CNCP (CCI), CCI (Observation Home, Children Home, Open Shelter, Swadhar Home, UJAJA Home), Child Labour and Abuse etc
to be held on
31st January, 2017
at Lamyanba Sanglen
from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Specific complaints of such violations are being invited from affected children/ parents/ interested person/ NGOs/ Civil Societies etc on or before 13th January, 2017.
The complaints should be addressed to Chairperson of the Commission in prescribed complaint format. Complaint format is available at Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) office, CWCs, DCPUs and identified NGOs offices of the concerned district or visit at Commissionís website www.manipurscpcr.com.
The duly filled in form should be submitted in the office of District Child Protection Officer (DCPO), CWCs of the respective districts, DCPUs or to the Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR) office, concerned NGOs etc.
