Imphal, December 19 2009: Referring to the press release about the killing of one UG cadre in a shoot-out with Thoubal police commandos at a place between Sangaiyumpham and Samaram at about 8.45 pm of December 17, Thoubal SSP Clay Khongsai has clarified that the shoot-out was with a combined team of Thoubal police commandos and troops of 34 Assam Rifles.
