Imphal, July 09: The dead body of Lalsangliana, 21 son of (L) Lalpangpara of Khumujamba was discovered near Khawpibung village, about 7 kms east of Churachandpur Police Station today, reports our CCpur correspondent.

Quoting family sources the police who retrieve the already decomposed body said he was kidnapped near 'Rengkai bridge' sometime on Monday.

No organization has own up responsibility as yet, and the body was handed over to his family later in the day after post-mortem was conducted at the district hospital here.
