Imphal, April 03: Engineers fraternity will convene a meeting on March 4 at 9 am at PWD Conference Hall in connection with the ongoing protest.

Meanwhile, All Manipur Engineering Departments Unions' Council in an emergency meeting convened at the office of Manipur Electricity Employees Union today condoled the death of AE of PWD, K Nabachandra with the observance of two minutes silence.

The meeting also decided to stage a sitting protest of all engineering departments at PWD Gate on April 9 at 10 am.
