Imphal, November 30 2009: Kom Rem Development Organisation (KREDO) condemned the killing of former chief of Thanyong village, L Rejamkhup Kom by unidentified gunmen on the night of November 25 .

The orgnisation also shared grief with the bereaved family.

KREDO also urged all the armed groups not to repeat such acts in future.

Federation Regional Indigenous Societies (FREINDS), Kharam Tribes Union, people Action for DevelopmentNH-53 and CPI, Manipur State Council also flayed the killing.
