Imphal, August 19: JAC constituted in connection with the killing of S Chittaranjan of Singjamei Chingamakha Kshetri Leikai warned that the JAC would initiate agitations as the promise of the Government to provide ex-gratia before shradha ceremony and booking of the culprits have not been changed into action.

The JAC also urged the concerned not to repeat such acts in future.
