Imphal, March 09, 2010: The Hungpung Village Authority today while expressing shocked on the incident that hurt fatally to advocate general of Manipur, N Koteshwor wished to sort out all things in mutually constructive conclusion.

In a statement signed by the village headman AS Wungayung Peter dispatched today, the village authority also expressed graceful presence of dignitaries like works minister, K Ranjit, Tribal Development minister DD Thaisii and advocate general, N Koteshwor.

"While still being filled with joyous mood and spirit of this auspicious occasion of Hungpung Luira Phanit celebration, the people of Tangkhul in general and the villagers in particular were shocked beyond words on hearing the incident in which N Koteshwor was fatally wounded," it observed.

The village, as a whole stands by the family-wife, children and relatives in this moment of great shock and distress, the authority stated praying for his speedy recovery.
