Imphal, January 30 2009: Centre for Organisation Research and Education (CORE) expressed deep concern over the killing of a woman and injuring three people when some gunmen opened fire during a youth conference at Tolen village.

CORE urged the peace loving people of the State to restrain from such incidents in future.
