Imphal, August 08: Kakhulong Development Committee under ward no.24 of Sagolband Constituency and FPS Agent and SK Oil Sub-Dealer and Development Committee, Sagolband Kendra have strongly condemned the incident of planting bomb at the residence of Dr Kh Loken, MLA and PDA Chairman in the afternoon yesterday.
