Imphal, April 25 2009: Protesting against the last night's bomb attack by unidentified persons at the Chingmakha residence of L Gourakishore, who is an EE in Minor Irrigation Department, people of the locality staged a Wakat Meepham today.

The protest demonstration held at Chingmakha Community Hall was organised under the aegis of Model Club, Chingamakha.

Placards with slogans like 'Stop gun culture', 'We want peace', etc were used during the demonstration attended mostly by local Meira Paibis.
