Imphal, July 29: Taking serious note on the reported killings of innocent civilians by police commandos, UCM drew the attention of the State Government to check the conduct of these police personnel.

Maintaining that Manipur is a State which is having Rule of Law under the constitution of India, the organisation also urged to make feel of instituting the Judicial system.

The social organisation said that the State is in a chaotic condition today, and the State will be lagging behind in all fields if the current trend continues.
