Imphal, April 28: Even as the total bandh being imposed by the All Tribal Women's Organisation along the National Highway 39, Imphal Moreh Road in protest against the alleged failure of the State Government to identify and arrest the killers of Snowy Anal and Esther entered its third day today, all the Government offices in Chandel have been shut down from today.

Womenfolk came out to the street to block traffic and no vehicular movement was allowed.

As a consequent of the bandh, a large number of Imphal bound vehicles coming from Moreh have been stranded.
