Imphal, July 16: Unidentified persons fired some 5/6 rounds at the Urup Laphupat Makha Leikai residence of one md Muzibur Rahman s/o Bashir at around 11.30 pm yesterday.

The miscreants also lobbed a hand grenade at the residential complex of Muzibur but it did not explode.

Muzibur is said to be a grade IV employee in the State Secretariat.
