Imphal, July 01: The proscribed outfit RPF and its armed wing PLA have condoled Laishram Naocha alias Pamheiba s/ o Laishram Ibobi and Leirentombi of Changangei Uchekon Malorn and OG Huidrom Brojen s/o Huidrom Amu of Ukhongsang who were reportedly killed by State Police forces at Ukhongsang Lamjao on June 28.
