Imphal, April 24: The proscribed PREPAK has denied its hand in the bomb blast near the quarters of MLA Mangibabu at Babupara which injured three persons including a woman at about 10.30 am today, informed a spokesperson of the outfit's publicity and propaganda in-charge Aheiba Angom.
