Imphal, June 10 2010: The Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong (TKS) today strongy condemned the decision of Ibobi led SPF government declaring the president of ANSAM and UNC as proclaimed offenders.

An unsigned e-mail statement of the publicity wing of the body today expressed worried on the present judicial system in the state alleging that the system is being run, managed and used by a score of political vendetta.

The plea of the Nagas in particular and the tribals in general to rectify the ADC Act 2008 had fallen into deaf ears.

"The subversive and suppressive ADC Act was imposed against the wish and desire of the hills people," it said.

The destructive policy of the government which has been functioning only at their whims and fancy cannot be tolerated by the tribals of today's generation, the statement said adding that by declaring them as "wanted persons" with cash reward, the movement of the people canot be suppressed.
