Imphal, February 10: A surrenderee of an UG outfit, absorbed in 4th IRB was shot dead by some unidentified gun men at Sangaiyumpham under Thoubal police station at about 11.30 am today.

The deceased surrenderee is identified as Md Tamol (36) of Keirao Makting Makha Leikai but staying at Hatta.

Bullet marks were observed on the head of the deceased.

The corpse has been handed over to family members after post mortem at Lilong PHC today.
