Imphal, April 01 2009: With the identities of the three slain youths at the hand of the Thoubal police commandos at Ikop pat established, families today claimed they were not underground and innocents.

The three killed were identified as Henam Sanajoaba (19) son of Inaocha of Karong Mayai Leikai, Kangabam Bramohon (18) son of Laxman of Karong Maning Leikai and Kangabam Netrajit (18) son of Ibocha hailing from same locality with that of Brajamohon.

They were cousin brothers.

According to the families, they were all working as mason labourers and engaging in construction of drain along the NH-39 at Singjamei.

After taking some day break they went to the work place together on April 8 .
