Imphal, November 14 2009: A hand grenade was deposited at the house of the executive engineer, Khundrakpam Mohori at Khurai Chaithabi Leirak under Porompat police station.

Family found the bomb lying near the verandah of the house this morning at about 4.30 am.

The bomb has been seized by the police.

Earlier also there was an instant of blasting bomb at the house of the engineer.

Another bomb was also found lying at the house of the managing director of the Imphal Hospital, Salam Maipaksana of Kwakeithel Thounaojam Leikai.

Police recovered the bomb later.
