Imphal, January 29 2009: The suspected KCP (MC) cadre shot dead by Thoubal police commandos during a reported encounter at Ngarian foothills in the night of January 27 has been identified as Konthoujam Nanao (25) s/o late Tomboy of Sagoltongba Makha Leikai.

The corpse has been claimed by family members after post mortem at Lilong PHC today.
