Imphal, October 12 2009: The proscribed KCP has claimed responsibility for setting afire a Tata Magic vehicle at about 6.30 am of October 10 .

A press release issued by Tabungba Meetei of the outfit's information and public relations department further claimed that the outfit was behind gifting a bomb at the residence of Dr Laishram Manibabu at Khuyathong.
