Imphal, January 01: Expressing deep sorrow on the abduction of two innocent children, namely Moheni Martin and Hriinii Hubert by unidentified armed persons for ransom, Manipur Baptist Convention (MBC) has fervently appealed to the abductors to release them on humanitarian ground.

Maralui Karalimai Suijoikang (Maram Students' Union ) has also appealed for the safe release of the two abducted children and said abducting innocent children defy sanity and goes against all principles of human virtue and peaceful co-existence.

Demanding safe and immediate release of the two abducted kids on humanitarian ground, Manipur Forward Youth Front said abducting kids for ransom is an act of terrorism.

Manipur Gorkha Welfare Union, Kanglatonbi has appealed for their safe release on humanitarian ground.
