Imphal, July 13: Reaffirming its support to the agitation taken up by the All Naga Students' Association, the Chandel Naga Peoples' Organisation and Naga Students' Union, Chandel during a joint meeting today adopted a number of resolutions.

The meeting decided not to let any other organisations other than Nagas to organise any meeting with valley based groups within the jurisdiction of Naga Students' Union, Chandel.

The Chandel Naga people also welcome Naga Students' Federation taking over with the slogan of unity, agreed the meeting and added that strong action will be taken up against any individual or organisations which violate the agitation norms.

The two bodies also decided to warmly welcome the delegates of NSF and to check the prices of essential commodities in Chandel district.

It was also decided to hold daily prayers for the success of the agitation.

The House also unanimously resolved to exercise maximum care to avoid any communal colour in words and deeds.
