Imphal, December 18: The national workers crusade cum conference of Zeliangrong region of the GPRN held at Ziumi village pledged to work for reconciliation and unity of Nagas based on national principle until total peace prevails in the land of the Nagas.

Attended by leaders and resource persons from various places, the meet resolved to safeguard the ongoing peace process, check anti-national and subversive activities and to approach regional authority for corrective measures.

Kilo-kilonser AK Lungalang and deputy Kilonser (MIP) K Chawang were the chief guest and president respectively at the four day conference that concluded on December 10.Other resolutions taken at the conference are positive response to the clarion call for supporting the peace process under the leadership of Isak-Muivah and reaffirmation of Zeliangrong region to foster brotherly ties and maintain solidarity, unity and integrity of the Zeliangrong brethren.

Speakers and spiritual resource persons at the crusade included vice president (CNC) Rev Nahum, general secretary (CNC) Rev Seksim.

Resource persons who spoke during the conference session on the topics 'Development of lndo-Naga Political Dialogue' and History of Naga Freedom Struggle' are deputy kilonser (MIP) K Chawang and joint secretary (MIP) Ringthim respectively.
