Imphal, February 12: In a last minute message before campaigns close, the former chief minister and candidate for the coming elections from Thangmeiband A/c, Radhabinod Koijam announced in a public meeting organized by the Youth Front, Thangmeiband that he would dedicate himself to the responsibilities of his constituency and the state of Manipur.

Addressing a public meeting, Radhabinod said that he is also committed to safeguard the territorial integrity of Manipur.

He also said that if he is elected in the coming elections he would hand over his MLA local area development fund to committees formed ward-wise and the accounts will be open to the public for scrutiny.

Stating that he would open a public relations office to strengthen the relationship with the residents of the constituency, he said that the office will be responsible for addressing public grievances through his direct interventions.
