Imphal, October 03: IN A factional fighting between two Kuki armed groups that happened at around 5.10 a.m.yesterday at Samusong area, Yaingangpokpi, one UG cadre was killed and another injured.

Reports received from the villagers say that the fighting occurred between cadres of KNA and KNF (P).

One activist of KNA was killed in the incident and another was injured.

However, the surviving cadres took the dead and injured away with them, the villagers said.

In another incident, some unidentified armed persons opened fire at the post of 94-BSF at Bishnupur at about l0.35 last night, report said.
