Imphal, July 30: Demanding punishment to the commando personnel involved in killing H Somendro and M Somen and release of arrested JAC members without any condition, Meira Paibis of Nambol stormed Nambol police station today.

The Meira Paibis not only broke open the gate of the police station but also put up festoons on the gate.

There the Meira Paibis shouted various slogans such as "Punish those involved in killing civilians", "Release arrested JAC members without any condition", "Stop killing people" etc.

The Meira Paibis then locked the gate of the police station and picketed thepolice station All the while , only one police personnel came and conveyed that the Officer in-Charge of the police station was not present at the police station.
