Imphal, November 06: Heavy security force today thoroughly searched the Langol Games Villages for the kidnapped child of GAD Minister Francis Ngajok-pa.

The security force led by IG (L/O-I) A Romen Kumar conducted the search this evening from 3.40 to 5 pm, said sources.

SPs of Imphal East and West, COs of 1 MR, II MR and 7th MR, COs of 1st and 2nd IRB and Commandos of Imphal East and West were also part of the security team which conducted the search operations at Langol Games Village today.

There is no report of any arrest.

Heroin seized : Special intelligence unit of Imphal East district police arrested a man from near Minuthong hatta at around 3.15 pm today and recovered 905 grams of heroin powder from him.

based on specific information the team arrested Tongzathang Haokip (45) of Tuibuong Happy Valley in Churachandpur district.
