Imphal, January 07 2009: THE OUTLAWED Revolutionar People's Front (RPF) has offered salute to its slain cadre named Sagolshem Ibohalbi @ Kadamba @ Feijao (28) of Uchiwa Wangma Mayai Leikai, who was killed by the combined security force on January 3 at Yairipok Yambem.

GM Changjou, Chief, Publicity Department, RPF revealed in a press release today that he was arrested by the combined force of 32 AR and Manipur Police commando in the wee hours of January 3 from a house at Keithelmanbi.

He was taken to Yairipok Yambem and after torturing him severely, he was shot dead around 11.30 am, the press release alleged.

He joined RPF in January, 1999, was given the rank of Lance Corporal on December 30, 2005 and promoted to the rank of corporal on March 1, 2008, the release charged.

The RPF also expressed sharing the grief of the family over his death.
