Imphal, April 10: To ensure that the election is held peacefully and in a free and fair manner, general observer for the Inner SP Marwah and expenditure observed KS Pathania today inspected the polling stations at Imphal East and West.

The two observers inspected the security measures being taken up at the polling stations as well as inquired about the number of security men to be deployed at the stations.

General observer for the Outer KK Sinha is expected to go for a second visit to Churachandpur on April 12.The election observer in the Outer Sandeep Prakash is expected to arrive here tomorrow.
