Imphal, January 09: Highly placed source said the NSCN(IM) had already submitted their agenda before Christmas last year to the government of India.

The source said the agenda include a separate Naga government without the interference of the Indian government, separate Tatar or Parliament, separate flag (a blue colored with red striped) and the integration of all the Naga areas under one administrative unit.

Meanwhile, Naga Hoho President M Vero has said that Nagas should not expect miracle from the January 9 talk in New Delhi.

He said that Naga problem is a complex one and that the NSCN(IM) cannot bring a final settlement to the Naga problem.

He is of the opinion that the three factions ie NSCN(K), NNC and NSCN(IM) should jointly hold talks with the government of India if a final solution is to be made.

Echoing a parallel tune Adino's NNC/FGN also said unless NNC is included in the talk any settlement brought by NSCN(IM) should not be accepted.

Meanwhile NSCN(K) is releasing a booklet entitled Statement in a few days time.

The outfit said that the central theme of the book is solution only after the unity of all the Nagas.

The booklet is being written on behalf of the outfit by NSCN(K)'s ceasefire Supervisory board supervisor T Wangnao.

The writer said in a statement that Naga solution brought by a group would not bring lasting solution.

As the KLM flight from Amsterdam carrying NSCN(IM) leaders Isak Chisi Swu and Th Muivah at the Indira Gandhi International airport at New Delhi last night around 12.30 am the traditional drum beats of the Nagas and bell gong and chime and howling were heard from the two leaders.

As the two leaders passed the security ring into the visitors arena the supporters in waiting holding designated Nagalim nags each sung in chorus 'We shall overcome' Chairman of the ceasefire monitoring cell of the outfit Phumthing Shimrang pushed aside the crowd paving the way for the two leaders.

Altogether 36 top leaders of NSCN(IM) arrived last night.

Two Cabinet minister; RH Raising and Angetus Shimray are also part of the team.

Naga Students' Union, Delhi also joined the civil Naga group in welcoming the two leaders.
