Imphal, December 15 2009: Medical Superintendent of RIMS, Dr Y Mohen has asked a very pertinent question when he stated that certain insurgent organisations have opened fire and lobbed bombs at the homes of many individuals including officers in the past some years.

He asked, "What kind of revolutionary actions are all these?" The actions of the insurgents turning their gunpoints to the people, shooting and hurling bombs at civilian homes are not found anywhere in the world, Dr Mohen pointed out.

Addressing a press conference in his office chamger at RIMS, Dr Mohen said that the KCP-MC's Secretary, Public Relations and Information, Malemnganba had claimed through the media that the handgrenade found on the way to the quarter of nurses of the RIMS Hospital on December 1 was carried out by the party in order to teach Director Dr L Fimate and Medical Superintendent Dr Mohen a lesson.

This has given the RIMS authority quite a shock and surprise.

He has never heard the name of Malemnganba who claimed to be Secretary, Public Relations & Information, KCP-MC.

Today is the first time that he heard of the so-called Twinkle Task Force, Dr Mohen said.

There has never been any kind of misunderstanding or enmity between the RIMS authority and the KCP-MC faction of which name had never been heard of before.

It is really surprising that such a faction, of which name has never been heard and the RIMS authority has never had any contact with, has now claimed that the faction placed the bomb to teach them a lesson, Dr Mohen asserted.

Asking what kind of lesson is that which the faction wants to teach them, Dr Mohen said, the RIMS authority has never posed a challenge to the faction.

Leaders of such factions need to guide and advise their cadres in a proper manner, Dr Mohen said and asked is the revolution against the government or the people.
